BALSAMIC JALAPENO GRILLED TRI-TIP
Ingredients
- 900 grams of Tri-Tip
- 60 ml balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 jalapenos finely chopped
- 5 garlic cloves finely diced
- a pinch of black pepper
How to prepare?
1. Trim all visible fat.
2. Mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce, finely chopped jalapenos, garlic and black paper in a bowl.
3. Place the Tri-Tip in a resealable plastic bag and add the marinade.
4. Zip the bag and shake to cover the Tri-Tip on all sides with the marinade.
5. Leave the meat in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Letting the marinade soak all night is recommended.
6. Are you ready to cook? Take the meat out of the fridge.
7. Preheat the Z GRILLS to 175 to 190 degrees.
8. Cook for 4 to 8 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the meat.
9. The meat is cooked when the internal temperature has reached 60 degrees (saignant), 70 degrees (à point) or 80 degrees (bien cuit).
10. Let the meat rest in aluminium foil for 10 minutes before cutting.
