GRILLED STUFFED JALAPENOS POPPERS
Ingredients
- 10 jalapeno peppers
- 100 grams of grated cheddar
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
- a pinch of paprika powder
- a pinch of salt
How to prepare?
1. Mix the cheddar with the rest of the herbs in a small bowl.
2. Cut each pepper in half lengthwise and make sure that the stem remains intact.
3. Remove the membranes and seeds from the jalapeno peppers. Fill each pepper with 1 tablespoon of the cheddar mixture.
4. Prepare your Z GRILLS to grill at 160 degrees.
5. Place the jalapeno peppers in a disposable foil container or in a heat-resistant oven dish.
6. Grill the jalapeno peppers, covered, for 8 to 10 minutes or until the jalapeno peppers are cooked and the cheddar has melted.
7. Remove the jalapeno peppers from the grill and serve warm.
