HELL ON A HOAGIE!

Ingredients

  • 8 fresh sausages
  • 8 hoagie rolls
  • olive oil
  • 3 bell peppers of assorted colors sliced thin
  • 2 onions sliced thin 
  • 2 large cloves of garlic minced
  • pepper
  • salt

How to prepare?

1. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan.

2. Sauté the peppers, onions and garlic over medium heat until lightly browned and soft. Stir occasionally.

3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

4. While the vegetables are cooking, grill the sausages for 8 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius.

5. Remove the sausages from the grill and cut them in half lengthwise.

6. Cut the hoagie rolls horizontally open.

7. Add the spices of your choice to your hoagie sandwich and then the sautéed vegetables and the sausage.
