LOBSTER TAILS GRILLED WITH A TWIST

Ingredients

  • 6 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh dill
  • a pinch of salt
  • 6 lime wedges

How to prepare?

1. Preheat the Z GRILLS to 190 degrees.

2. Cut each lobster tail in half lengthwise and lay them with the flesh side down.

3. Dab the lobster tails dry with paper towels.

4. In a small mixing bowl, mix the butter, lemon juice, dill and salt until the salt has dissolved.

5. Brush the mixture on the meat side of each lobster tail.

6. Place the lobster tails on the grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, turning them once while cooking. The shells should turn bright pink.

7. Serve with lime wedges.
