MAHI MAHI LIME BLISS
Ingredients
- 2 Mahi Mahi fillets
- 160 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice
- grated lime peel
- 1 clove of chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons of dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- a pinch of ground black pepper
- a pinch of salt
How to prepare?
1. Preheat the Z GRILLS to 160 degrees.
2. Lightly oil the grid.
3. Mix the extra virgin olive oil, chopped garlic, black pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, lime juice and grated lime peel in a bowl.
4. Beat the marinade.
5. Put the Mahi Mahi fillets in the marinade.
6. Let the marinade soak in for at least 15 minutes.
7. Cook on a preheated grill until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is lightly browned, usually 3 to 4 minutes per side.
8. Garnish with a lime to serve.
