SMOKED TEXAS BRISKET
Ingredients
- 4 to 5 kilograms of beef brisket fat trimmed to approximately 6 mm
- (coarse) salt
- black pepper
How to prepare?
1. Season the brisket to taste with salt and pepper.
2. Leave the brisket at room temperature for about 1 hour.
3. Preheat your Z GRILLS on SMOKE.
4. Place the brisket with the fat side up.
5. Turn around every 3 hours.
6. Smoke until the brisket is very tender.
7. Let the brisket rest for at least 30 minutes before serving.
