Z SMOKED SALMON

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets with skin
  • 240 ml soy sauce
  • 120 ml olive oil
  • 9 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • a pinch of basil

How to prepare?

1. Clean the salmon fillets and place them in a bowl.

2. Drop the soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger powder and sugar in a large bowl and mix well.

3. Pour the marinade over the salmon fillets.

4. Put the marinated salmon fillets in the fridge for about five hours.

5. Set the Z GRILLS to SMOKE and preheat for 15 minutes.

6. Place the salmon fillets on the grill.

7. Smoke for 60 to 90 minutes or until the fish flakes nicely.

8. Finish with a pinch of basil to serve.
